By accessing the bz99 website, creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or service offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Accounts that fail to pass age verification within a reasonable period specified by bz99 will be suspended, and any funds held in the account will be returned to the original payment method after verification costs are deducted where applicable.

Each player may register only one account on the bz99 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bz99 shall not be liable for any issues, losses, or delays arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the player.

The information you provide at registration must include, at a minimum:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bz99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is deemed to have been carried out by you and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
